Philippine Flow Festival 2019 is around the corner!

On March 29 the 6th annual PPF kicks off at Agoho Kampsite, San Narciso, Zambales. The mini “Burning Man Festival of the Philippines”. PFF is a jam-packed weekend full of flow arts, dance, drum, yoga, belly dancing, slackline workshops, live music, sunset sessions, performances, vendors and even a day trip to Capones Island!

We’ve put together your PFF Festival 101 guide – everything you’ll need, from schedules, accommodation and our top tips!

10-11am – Workshops (Round 1)

11am-12pm – Jeep to pier & boat to Capones Island
12-1pm – Lunch at Capones Island
1-4pm – Island tour & free time
4-5pm – Boat & jeep back to Agoho Kampsite
5-6pm – Closing remarks & check out

How to get to Zambales:


PFF festival buses are leaving from Z Hostel, Poblacion at 4AM on both Friday and Sunday morning.

Victory Liner also runs throughout the day for only P390-P488 from Pasay City to Zamabales via SCTEX – you can check their schedule here

On the return the PFF festival buses leave Sunday night for subic at 6-7pm and for Manila at 7-11pm

There’s accommodation options within the festival grounds! – For camping, glamping and fan rooms you can visit PFF booking form here

If you’d prefer to stay a little further away you can check out Circle Hostel or Crystal Beach Resort

Where to eat:


Zambales is most famous for its mangos! – Zambales mangos are transformed into delicious desserts, intriguing cocktails and dried snacks. A side from being totally mango- fuelled over the weekend – they’ll be food vendors within the festival grounds and also grills available to cook yourself! And around the town be sure to check out – Bamboo Food Strip and Crystal Beach Restaurant.

What to bring:

PFF flow fest is packed full of activities! Add these to your checklist to maximise your weekend!

– Medication, if any
– Sunscreen / Insect repellent
– Cash – The nearest ATM is 5mins by trike
– Additional snacks, if you’d like
